The Inepro USB IR eye is a USB-to-infrared interface for communicating with compatible Inepro Smart PRO energy meters. It allows meter parameters to be programmed and stored consumption data to be read on a computer.

Operation

Connect the USB IR eye to a computer and position its optical head on the meter infrared port. Use compatible meter software and follow the meter documentation for the required communication settings. The optical interface must be aligned correctly and the meter must be powered during communication.
