Specification

SI-T-02/SC is a battery-powered industrial temperature sensor with a 1.5 m external sensor cable. The separate probe allows temperature to be measured at a point away from the transmitter housing, while measurement data is sent wirelessly over IQRF-DPA.

Typical applications include equipment monitoring, temperature measurement inside enclosures, HVAC systems and industrial installations where the transmitter can be mounted separately from the measurement point.

Installation and integration

Mount the transmitter on a wall or suitable surface and route the 1.5 m sensor cable to the measurement point. Protect the cable and probe from mechanical damage and conditions outside their rated range.

The sensor can be read through an IQ Home gateway or another compatible IQRF-DPA network. Measurements can be forwarded to monitoring software, a PLC, a building management system or a cloud platform, depending on the system configuration.
